Snack Time

When I don't have time to prepare my own in-between meal, I usually go with this:

Soyjoy Fruit Soy Bar (raisin peanut flavor)

So yummy! It also makes a great pre or post workout snack.

Each serving contains 140 kkal. I have yet to come across a snack bar in our market that has fewer calories than this.

  2. I think Soyjoy is enjoyable although it's not the yummiest snack. My friends always cringe at me whenever they see me eating it. Haha...
