From what I&#39;ve gathered, there is no way we can get rid of fat in specific areas of our body except with plastic surgery/liposuction. We can lose some fat by exercising but our body won&#39;t be able to choose which fat it wants to burn. Strength training helps, though. I have 2 pairs of dumbbells I use 3 times a week to tone up my arm muscles. If you maintain your muscles, you will least likely to gain body fat. I hope that helps?
